Refunds for Manufacturing Defects

If your Bespoke Kick shoes arrive with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We’ll work with you to assess the issue and provide a solution, which may include a repair, replacement, or full refund

No Refunds for Design Changes or Fit Issues

Because your Bespoke Kick shoes are custom-designed to your specifications, we cannot offer refunds for design changes or fit issues. We encourage you to carefully review your design and sizing before placing your order.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund for a manufacturing defect, please contact our customer support team at bespokekick@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We’ll guide you through the return process and issue a refund if the defect is confirmed.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Returned shoes must be in their original condition and packaging.
